From vineyard to bottle
A small Mount Eliza winery built around experience, second-hand equipment and uncompromised attention to the wine.
The founders brought together years of winemaking and viticulture across the Mornington Peninsula, European wine regions and the Murray. Their early winery began with limited resources, old plantings and equipment repaired or bought at scrap value.
The practical idea remains simple: source the right grapes and make approachable wines that express variety and place. Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay anchor the Peninsula focus, while selected Victorian fruit broadens the range.
Keeping crushing, fermentation, maturation and bottling close to home gives the team direct control over quality and cost—from grape intake to the bottle handed across the cellar-door counter.
